A dog day. There are many stray dogs in Taiwan, and not so many stray cats. Cats may be better at hiding, I suppose. This little guy was just chilling out in front of a dress shop, and the owners did not seem too bothered by his presence. You don't have to worry about strays very much. They're very docile, and Taiwan is rabies-free.
